At JGT Media, we value our clients and want you to be satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.
Services

Due to the custom nature of creative work, refunds are generally not available once a project has started.

If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the agreement.
Digital Products

All sales of downloadable digital products are final.

If you have technical issues accessing a product, we’ll work with you to resolve them.
Events or Bookings

Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.

No refunds for last-minute cancellations unless required by law.
Payment Disputes

If there’s a billing issue, please contact us first at billing@jgt-media.com before filing a chargeback.
