Refund Policy

At JGT Media, we value our clients and want you to be satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply.

Services

  • Due to the custom nature of creative work, refunds are generally not available once a project has started.

  • If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the agreement.

Digital Products

  • All sales of downloadable digital products are final.

  • If you have technical issues accessing a product, we’ll work with you to resolve them.

Events or Bookings

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.

  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations unless required by law.

Payment Disputes

  • If there’s a billing issue, please contact us first at billing@jgt-media.com before filing a chargeback.

Legal Rights

  • This policy does not override consumer protection laws in your country.
